Lionel Trichardt Attorneys was originally established by Lionel Mark Trichardt after his candidacy. In 2000, the firm merged and became Du Preez, Potgieter and Trichardt from March 2001 to May 2011. In June 2011, Lionel restarted his own private practice as Lionel Trichardt and Associates.
Lionel Trichardt has been admitted to appear in the High Court of South Africa and has appeared as such since 2000. Lionel Trichardt and Associates entered into an agreement with several consultants to expand the non-legal services of the firm in the area of municipal consulting.
The consultants have more than two decades of municipal experience. The agreement with external consultants by Lionel Trichardt is in keeping with the company’s desire to expand its portfolio of work with local municipalities in the Eastern Cape and Northern Cape.
